This weekend I was feeling extremely stressed so I ran myself a tub full of water and added some bubble bath.  I love the water, and when I find myself feeling a little overwhelmed, I add some of my favorite scented bubble bath, crawl into the tub and forget the rest of the world for a little while.  I turn off the ringers on the telephone, including my cell phone, run the bath water as hot as I can stand it without it burning my skin, and add just enough bubble bath to give me a thick layer of bubbles that come up to my neck when I lay back in the tub.  It’s delicious and has been one of my favorite things since I was a little girl.  Ok, I don’t think I was using it as a method to relax when I was a child, but I have always loved it, and mom has even told me about a few times when I was a little girl that she would find her expensive bubble bath had been poured in my water so I could have more bubbles. What can I say; a bath isn’t complete without bubbles.
