
I learned the importance of treating myself well. During our busy lives, we can often forget to take care of ourselves. We have busy and hectic lives and we often forget to press the pause button and look around. I realized this when I spent most of my time working.
A whole month passed by and I asked myself, "When was the last time I spent time for me?"
So, I took a day off and decided to have a me day. Here are some of the things I planned for my day:
- I set myself up for a bubble bath, classical music and some inspirational book reading. A bubble bath is a great way to sooth your skin and sore muscles. I felt so much more relaxed after my bubble bath. It was a completely and utterly amazing experience
- I spritzed on some fragrance perfume and made sure to really take it in. I felt an instant confidence boost and felt good
- I applied some skin creams after rinsing my face off. I made sure that I was also rubbing in positive energy, as well as the skin cream itself. I felt like a more positive person
