I was watching the news last night and there was some stat saying 56 percent of Americans have not finished holiday shopping. I am one of those people but after yesterday, I am halfway there. I closed out on all the family stocking stuffers. One of the things I got for my mom is scented skin creams. I had this idea but didn’t know what to look for online. There are so many scents and skin creams within digital stores. I had to enlist the help of a female friend. She was a life saver. When she hopped on the computer, it was like minute before she found something and said, “These skin creams will smell delightful.” That word sold me and within another minute, I was closing the browser after buying.
Buying women’s skin creams is a much harder process then buying a winter moisturizer for myself. All the scents, bottle shapes, words like “fabulous”, it comes down to asking for help. I have no problem going off the advice of a friend’s advice especially when it is a present for a woman.
