Look at Ingredients in Skin Creams to Be Safe |

I've been paying much more attention to skin creams and hair care lately. Summer is around the corner and in my climate, that means hot, dry, sunny weather and wind that will dry both my hair and skin incredibly. I'm looking for skin creams that are inexpensive and nourishing. I found some at my local discount store that is loaded with vitamins, cranberry extract, and rice bran. I have heard from many sources that skin creams with natural vitamins, minerals, and extracts are actually really good for skin. The skin is something of a transparent organ that allows the passage of nutrients through it, so this summer I'm going to be looking for skin creams that contain these elements. I also read that it's really important to read the ingredients on the skin creams. Unlike soap, skin creams sit on the skin all day long, so avoiding chemicals that are not good for people or mimic hormones should be avoided. One of the ingredients to avoid is paraben. The body treats it like estrogen and if used too much, paraben can have negative side effects. |
